CLHELP Ciguide Composed by: Caelin on or about the 13th of Aeguary, 423 AF. Being a Cub Intern - Role, Responsibilities, and Requirements Congratulations! You are now a Cub Intern and will be learning the ins and outs of guiding newcomer Sentinels through their first years of being in the House. Your role in this is a serious one, as you will be working directly with cubs -leading introductions, giving novice interviews, conducting sentinel cub tests, and offering general assistance to both the cubs and cub aides when requested of you. To complete this part of your internship, you will need to observe two introductions and two novice interviews. After you have finished observing introductions, you will perform two more introductions under the supervision of a cub aide, and after you have observed two interviews, you will perform two. You do not need to finish all your intros before you can start on interviews, or vice versa. The suggested procedures for each of the three portions are listed in CLHELP INTROS, INTERVIEWS, and CUBTESTS. As part of this internship, you have joined a clan called "Foxes". This clan channel is where Cub interns, Cub aides and EIA's (Elite Intro Aides) will communicate about which cubs need what and who is available to observe and conduct the intros, interviews, and tests. The news section in foxes is used to keep note of cubs whose introductions were cut short (for whatever reason), and should be checked often. If ever a cub cannot finish an intro you are conducting, it is your responsibility to post who the cub is, what exactly you have already covered, and what exactly needs to be finished. Cub Internship is demanding, but it is a great opportunity to learn a lot about the process of moving cubs through probation, as well as a way to really be a useful and helpful part of the House. Have fun with it, be yourself, and enjoy the time you get to spend with the cubs!
