CLHELP EIATRAINEES Composed by: Tow on or about the 6th of Aeguary, 403 AF. The following is the procedure for becoming an EIA (Elite Intro Aide). This policy is subject to change at any time, notice of change to be posted in the clan news, as per the Order of Head of Newcomers. EIA's work under the direction of the EIA Manager. The EIA Manager shall review introductions from time to time in order to confirm consistency with the program. Clanhelp foxes will show you the current EIA manager. EIA trainees are required to observe two full introductions conducted by a Cub Aide or full EIA. After completion of an introduction, the EIA trainee is required to send a message to the EIA Manager. The message should include, the name of the cub, the name of the introer, and any comments the EIA trainee might have concerning the introduction EIA trainees are then required to conduct two introductions under the direct observation of a Cub Aide or full EIA. Ask the supervisor to notify the EIA Manager that the introduction has been completed, and offer comments. EIA trainees should also notify the EIA Manager that they have completed their introduction, and offer appropriate comments to the EIA Manager. The following additional information is also required: -You must be up-to-date on all rules and requirements, for the cubs, and the House. -You must not be on probation in the House. -You must not be in any part of the Internship. -You must keep up to date on the Foxes Den posts. -You must have read the last 100 Sentinels posts and keep up to date on the posts.
