This file is dedicated to determining whether or not someone should seek
a Special Entrance Interview through a Secretary. These are mere
guidelines and there are always exceptions, however follow these rules
and you will not often be incorrect.

Be sure to message the HoN if you make a cub Special Edition.
Put a note in Houselog if they need a Scout's interview.

Cub, Special Edition, or Scout?

Cub:
Anyone age 21 and below, regardless of level.
Anyone age 22 to 30 and below level 25.

Special Edition:
Anyone age 22-30 AND between the levels of 25 to 40
Anyone over age 30 AND below level 40
(exception for those with an exceptional forestal past)

- Joining at 30 and older OR above level 40 will depend on former
forestal experience, most still will be Special Edition, a cub aide or
secretary needs to decide they join as Special Edition or need to quit
and ask for secretary interview.
(if they were long dormant and therefore old just Special Edition)

- Joining older then 50 and above level 50 always need to be pointed to
a secretary who will decide Scout or Special Edition, most will be
Scouts

When someone is inducted and states they have been in another House or
you discover by some means they have, ask the following questions after
checking their age.

-What Houses have you been a part of??
-What House most recently??
-Have you ever been a Sentinel before??
-What level are you??
-What houserank were you in all of your Houses??
-What was the reason for your casting out/leaving those Housess??
-Are you enemied to any organization of the forest, being Oakstone,
Druids, Sylvans, or Sentinels.

These questions are for the purpose of finding out how well this person
has established a name for themselves. The following will be
requirements to see if they need to seek an interview through a
Secretary and should be asked to quit until then.

-If they have been a member of the Sentinel House before, they must seek
entrance through the current House Leader.

-If they are over level fifty.

-If they are older than fifty years old and not under level thirty-five.

-If they are an enemy of any of the forestal organizations, tell them to
resolve that first and become unenemied and then seek a Secretary for
special entrance interview.


-If hey have a bad history of being cast out from many or all of their
Houses. If they have only been cast out from one House and are of decent
stature, over level thirty-five and over fifty years old, then they
should seek entrance through a Secretary.


They should be Special Edition only if:

-They are over 21 years old or over level 25.

-They have had some OOC reason that has kept them from the realms. It is
okay to ask for this reason, for if it is not a good one, feel free to
reject their Special Edition status.

-They are barely short of the requirements listed for a Special Entrance
(Scout).

-They know very little about the realms and are a true "newbie", low
level, but very old. They can be Special Edition since they are
technically the same mental age as a Newbie.


Once again, these are only guidelines. If you have any questions, please
ask the current HoN and he will attempt to answer your questions and
make this file more clear. Feel free to ask opinions from Secretaries if
you cannot make a decision on whether someone should be Special Entrance
Interview or Special Edition or neither.

And please send the Head of Newcomers a message when you have a cub made
Special Edition.
