CLHELP TRAININGREPORTS Composed by: Tow on or about the 6th of Aeguary, 403 AF. Hello all, This help scroll was created to explain a bit more what reports need to be send by foxes trainees or those supervising foxes trainees. (a foxes trainee being EIA-trainee or Cub Aide-trainee) 1) A foxes trainee observing an intro: For an observed intro to count it needs to be conducted by a full Cub Aide or full EIA. - EIA-trainees need to message a report to the EIA manager. - Cub Aide-trainees need to message a report to the HoN. Your report should contain: - The name of the introed cub - The name of the introer - How did the cub do? - Some comments (stuff you learned, noticed, things you talked about with the introer after or during the intro, how did the technique of this aide differ from others you observed and which technique seemed to work best, ect) note: For Cub Aide-trainees the same counts for observed Novice Interviews and SCTs. -------------- 2) A foxes trainee doing an intro supervised by an Aide: For a supervised intro to count you need to be supervised by a full Cub Aide, full EIA or a secretary. - EIA-trainees need to message a report to the EIA manager. - Cub Aide-trainees need to message a report to the HoN. - The supervising Aide need to message a report to the EIA manager for EIA-trainees. - The supervising Aide need to message a report to the HoN for Cub Aide-trainees. Foxes trainees reports should contain: - The name of the introed cub - The name of the supervisor - How did the cub do? - Some comments (stuff you learned, noticed, things you talked about with the introer after or during the intro, how did the technique of this aide differ from others you observed and which technique seemed to work best, ect) Supervisors reports should contain: - The name of the introed cub - The name of the foxes trainee they observed - How did the cub do? - How did the trainee do? - The general impression you have about the trainee regarding to their attitude towards cubs(is it genuine care, mechanical or other?) - Some comments ( things you talked about with the trainee during or after the intro, things you think the trainee still needs to work on and told them about, how the trainees approach differs from yours, things you learned? *grin*, ect) note: For Cub Aide-trainees the same counts for supervised Novice Interviews and SCTs. --------------- 3) Comments: - Same goes for Cub Interns, their reports and reports about them need to go to the Cub Intern Manager. Cub Interns still don't have to message reports about observations they do. Hhelp Internship still is the scroll Cub Interns need to check to know what is required. - When all requirements are done and you feel you don't need more training, the trainee needs to contact the HoN or EIA manager. - Once you have done your 2 supervised intros in case help is needed you can do intros alone if you think you are ready. Helping out when it's needed sure might impress the one deciding on you. But don't do it if you are not sure. - What intros, tests and interview reports count? Ideally, all these reports should be full intros, tests and interviews. The supervisor might cut some slack if they feel it to be legit, but ultimately that decision should be in the hands of the one who receives the report. If any criticism occurs about how reports are handled, come to the HoN first, or in case of Cub Interns contact the Intern secretary. -------------- If you would have more questions feel free to contact the HoN, EIA manager or Cub Intern Manager or Intern Secretary. Greetings, The Cubmom
