CLHELP WELCOME Composed by: Entaro on or about the 25th of Glacian, 440 AF. Welcome to the Foxes clan! Lovely to see you are interested in becoming part of the core of the pack. The Foxes are those taking care for the guild's future, the new cubs. Who knows what a cub might grow out to after you helped, introed or tested it. You might be the one that introed our future Leader of the House. Being in this clan is a great responsibility and might not be as easy as you think. It will ask the most of you, a lot of dedication and even more a lot of patience. What helps me a lot is remembering the time when I was all new to this world and how many great people were there to help me. Please read all the clhelp files in this clan, you can view them with clhelp index. You will learn what is expected from you and others and you might find some good reminders in the files. Even if you are not a cub intern the guides are good guidelines to start. Remember you are part of a great team and we are here first to help the cubs, to teach interns and trainees and to help each other. Keep your eyes open for new cubs even if they have not greeted the guild yet. And with 'honors you might be able to spot those that haven't be introed yet or haven't completed their intros. Being up to date with the news and knowing about all Hhelps that relate to cubs is a must. Educating yourself again might be the first step to become a great aide. We all continue to learn new things all the time. I will be the first to admit that I still have a lot to learn. If you have any concerns or ideas feel free to share them with other aides or with the current Head of Newcomers, also referred to as HoN or cubmom. This job might require a lot of you but it will be very satisfying if you see cubs you worked with grow and many you will even see grow passed you. If you become part of the foxes the cubs will always have to come on the first place except for a serious threat to Nature. But I don't want to hear "I'm bashing, I can't help." And be watchful to weed out cubs that don't belong in our pack. That doesn't mean they always have to be bad, even real Nature-lovers can be not suited to be a Sentinel. And for their own happiness it will be best if we see when they are not a Sentinel in blood. If you also will be doing interviews the hardest part of being an aide might be to fail a cub and have it cast out of the House. If they are rude and disrespectful it might be easy to have them cast out. But prepare yourself to cast out a cub you might really like a lot. I look forward to be working with you! Welcome, The Cubmom
