8/21/19:19 "I watched Brandi do introductions for Alegis and Toshg. I did add a

couple of scrolls to my own notes after observing her lessons with them. I'm

hoping to be able to observe one more by someone else before conducting my own,

but I'll still look for an opportunity to do my own."

8/21/23:21 "On 1st Ero, 400, I observed Arietta's introduction of Porom. She

does things a bit differently. She has Cub read basics then messages them with

list of other scrolls to read. I like that way because it seems to keep from

confusing the Cub with too much information at one time."

8/22/2:07 "Watched Kyttia's introing of Mclain. She was thorough, but I felt she wasted the cubbies time, making him read things that were not important to his growth as a Sentinel. eg. Neraeos and Oakstone helpfiles. I am happy with the rest of the intro, as it were. She was thorough, and made sure the cub understood."

Note:

Watched Kyttia introing Jori. Very well done. Thorough and patient, seems to genuinely like cubbies and open to suggestions. Had a few slips normal for new introers (Like saying AB FITNESS instead of SKILLS, nothing big). Overall a good job.
