2/1/0:47 "Watched Athy interview Lapid. It wasn't a fantastic interview, but it
was passing. Not suited to be a novice aide. Athy doesn't have the eloquence or
the patience required to interview on a regular basis, but taken in the context of
his internship, it was passable."

Thruin was basically repeating everything exactly as it's written in the scrolls,
and Athy picked up on that and tried to make him feel more relaxed and be more
personal in his answers. He does a good job of making the cub more comfortable,
and I only prompted him on a couple of small things. He's good at improvising and
just rolling with the punches. It's obvious he's learning a lot as he goes, and
working to adapt his methods."

2/11/2:16 "Hey Ferdaus! I observed Athy giving Theosys her SCT today. He had a
few hiccups - he was much better organised with ther herbs this time, and in his
excitement forgot to ask her about her vials. The walking was... exciting, as the
cubbie fell into the slug pit in forestwatch on the way to Ashtan, but Athy did a
good job of relating and being patient with her. He slipped up at the end, too,
and told the cubbie she'd passed before someone came to check the journal for him,
but he knew he had made these mistakes and will definitely learn from them. He'd
be a good aide, from all I've seen, and I hope he'll decide to do the training
when he's done interning."
