I learned a lot, and I like Entaro's style, he jokes with them enough to make them
feel comfortable while still being certain they know it's a serious interview.
Laith passed with flying colours, and there was no need to go in depth on
scenarios, so I'll want to watch a few more that are harder to call. It's a good
start, though."

1/1/10:11 "I'm a little confused about when I'm supposed to report to you and when
the person observing me should, but I don't want to miss doing something I should,
so, as far as introing goes so far: I watched Entaro give Laith his intro last
month, and Caelin give Callipso hers this month. Right after the second one and a
brief chat with Caelin I introed my first one (Myles) with Ale observing. I think
it went pretty well. I forgot to mention myrrh at first but caught myself and
corrected it - I suppose the recent change to myrrh threw me off. He's new to the
realms and had a lot of questions, and I'm glad he did, it was good practice."

he spent the entire time dodging my questions and telling me how great his
bloodline is in another life and how much he knows. I think I managed it okay,
but I need an aspirin and maybe another observed intro before I feel better."

was very time consuming, and went in depth on scenarios because Bilka had put
himself before city and god, which was interesting. Bilka passed in the end,
quite well, but I'm glad it gave me a chance to watch an impromptu line of
questioning. All in all a great example to follow."

didn't make it terribly easy on her - he didn't have all his requirements and
couldn't find the Flame of Yggdrasil. She was very patient with him, and has
given him a month to learn his way to the locations or he'll be failed. It was
good to see how you deal with difficulties like that, she did well."

great person to watch - she explained things to me and asked me how I thought
things were going the whole way, so I feel very comfortable with the process now.
Clark did well, which is doubly wonderful since he's my first protege. I'm
excited about giving my first interview soon!"

1/14/22:46 "Hellos. Gave Yikwun her novice interview today (and last month) it
was interrupted in the middle, but I managed to grab both parts of it. She did
pretty well, she was well-prepared and didn't make it very hard on me. Some of
her answers could have been a bit better, but she did always keep nature first in
mind, which is most important. Caelin observed me and gave me tips as we went - I
think I did well this time through."

bit on the way to Cyrene, and took a few mis-steps here and there, but corrected
herself without prompting. Ale observed us. I've really enjoyed the whole
program and would love to stay on and keep doing intros and things - I plan to
talk to Tow and see if he can do with another newcomer aid and what he'd need me
to do from here. Thanks so much!"
