The whole process might took half to one Achaean day, depends on how well you know your way around. If you need to sleep, you may go ahead now otherwise we shall begin immediately.

HERBS CHECK
Please SHOWOFF your herbs, ex. SHOWOFF myrrh. it will let everyone in this room see what you have and the amount of that herb. Remember to take the herbs out in groups of 10, before showing it off. You may keep the herbs back on your Rift after that.
Check for these herbs:

- Ash
- Bellwort
- Elm
- Lobelia
- Kelp
- Goldenseal
- Sileris
- Bloodroot
- Question Cub on the herbs usage. Three random type of herbs.
e.g. What are the uses for Kelp, Goldenseal and Bloodroot? Answer them in brief please.

WALKING TEST
- Follow Cub
Now for the walking test. Remember, you can't use Wilderness or Flying, unless there's a great need for it. It would be good to morph into Turtle and out of Sloth. We may have to swim a little bit too :)
And also no auto-walking or using landmark.
